About us
The Horse Stud “Bielin” breeds horses of Polish noble half-blood race. The mothers’ herd includes 30 mares. The mothers are mainly from Hannover, Holstein and thoroughbred stallions. In the past the enormous role in the breeding was played by thoroughbred horse CHERSOŃ – father of 34 mares embodied to the mothers’ herd in our stud. At the moment the stud uses mostly the reproducers of western breeding. The association aims at having sports horses in the disciplines of show-jumping, driving, dressage and WKKW.
All horses are subject to usable tests. Before choosing for mothers, the mares have to pass a performance test.
Horse recreation is strongly developed – 40 horses, including a significant number of mother mares.
Appropriate character and usable features are ideally useful in recreation.
The largest breeding families:
mare CIŻMA wlkp., chestnut, born 1968, 11 items in mothers’ herd,
mare KASETA wlkp., sorrel, born 1967, 8 items in mothers’ herd,
mare LIRA x.sl., sorrel, born 1973, 5 items in mothers’ herd.
Breeding mares won medals and championships on national and regional exhibitions many times. The glory of our Stud is the mare CEDRA, sorrel, 1998 ( West – Cisa II after Chersoń). In 2002 it won a champion’s title on the National Exhibition of Breeding Animals in Poznań.
